Tajikistan is out to build 60 small hydroelectric power plants in the near future

The Tajik Ministry of Energy charted a long-term program of construction of small hydroelectric power plants. Domestic and foreign investments will be used in implementation of the program. The document stipulates construction of 60 small hydroelectric power plants (totalling 77,000 kwt, expected output 465,318,000 kwt/hrs) within 13 years.
